开锅原理

让铁锅的表面形成油膜,因为油膜能够有效的预防铁锅生锈的现象。其实一款不会生锈的铁锅不仅具有超长的使用寿命,而且也不需要花时间和精力特殊呵护,对人体的健康也有一定的好处。


养锅

开锅后建议将锅烤干。趁着锅热上一层植物油连续保养一周,基本就可以了,如果感觉不满意可以持续多保养几次。


严禁不开锅进行煮水,烧水!

使用前期尽量不要煮水,前期多做油脂大的菜,尽量形成油膜。每次洗完锅要烤干锅内的水分,防止生锈。



How to Wok Care:

After cooking, wash with water and soap and dry with towel. Cook in fire until it emits smoke as a sign that the remaining moist has evaporated. Then wipe with oil before storing.
